Cancelling a class at Sunbury Osteopathy

If you have arranged for Classes at Sunbury Osteopathy to be booked on your behalf, you can contact the clinic to have your Class cancelled.

Cancelling a Class on a Web Browser
  1. Login to your Momence account via https://momence.com/sign-in

  2. On the left hand menu select My Classes

  3. Underneath Upcoming events find your booked class that you wish to cancel, then click on the 3 dots and select 'Cancel Yourself'


  4. When prompted select Yes, then refresh the page to see an updated list of your booked classes
Cancelling a Class on Momence Android/iOS App
  1. Open the Momence App
  2. On the Home page underneath Upcoming For You, find the booked class you wish to cancel



  3. Tap the class to open up the Class details, then tap ‘Cancel this booking’, then Confirm
